With reference to my separate letter No. 23 of this date to the address of yourself and other Holders of certain Locations, I am directed by His Excellency the Governor to inform you that under the Instructions lately received from Home, and in the event of Major Aldrick's proposed plan referred to in that letter being adopted, Lieutenant Ouchterlony's Locations
